Passport with validity for minimum 6 months upon arrival in India, with old passports. Must hav minimum 4 continuous pages
Photographs as required by the consulates
Application form duly filled and signed by you
Letters addressed to the US consulate preferably in your company letter head
Income tax Saral challan for the past 3 cosecutive years and OR pension papers
Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with sufficient funds minimum Rs 5 lakhs and above
Partnership deed or Memorandum of article of association as per company status if available
Copies of share certificates, insurance policies,Mutual funds, Fixed Deposit Receipts, National Savings Certificates and/or any valid such papers reflecting your Financial Status & securities if available
Latest Balance Sheet & Auditors Report if available
If working, then employers leave letter mentioning the status and salary of the employee preferably as a letter addressed to consulate
