The documents required to obtain the visa

1) Passport  with minimum 4 continuous  pages  and validity  of minimum 1 year & Old passports if any. 

2) 4 passport size color photos with white background. 

3) Income tax Saral papers for the past 3 years or Pension Papers. 

4) Past 6 months bank statement of current account of the Company & or Personal with a minimum balance of Rs.2/3 lacs Per person. 

5) Fixed deposit receipts if available. 

6) Audited Balance sheet of the company with Partnership deed or Mem. of Article of association. 

7) Any other Documents regarding financial stability and continuity of Income such as Mutual fund, share certificate, personal bank statements for the past 6 months, land documents, insurance etc. 

8) If working then employers letter addressed to the consulate mentioning the total emoluments as well as purpose of visit and designation and continuity in the job.

All necessary documents are to be submitted , so that we know the status of the visa prior to full payment.    After which if the visa rejects or additional charges required it will be on an individual basis.  If the consulates reject the visa for any reason beyond our control and knowledge, any cost arising out for re-processing, personal appearance etc are to be borne by the passengers extra, which are not included in the tour cost.
