Passport with validity for minimum 6 months upon arrival in India, with 6 clear pages in continuity with old passports
2 passport size photographs with white back ground as required by the consulates
Application form duly filled and signed by you
Letters addressed to the South African consulate preferably in your company letter head
Income tax Saral/Wealth tax challan for the past 3 cosecutive years OR pension papers
Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with sufficient funds minimum Rs 2 lakhs and above as balance , stamped and signed by the Bank authorities indicating their position and Bank address, phone details.
Partnership deed or Memorandum of article/association as per company status if it’s a private limited company
If self employed, Latest Balance Sheet & Auditors Report if available
If working, then employers leave letter mentioning the status and salary of the employee preferably as a letter addressed to consulate
