Tour Cost includes

• Economy class air ticket, internal domestic ticket to travel within South Africa between Johannesburg to George or Cape Town to George etc as is the case may be, depends upon the tour, for the duration of the tour, airport taxes, as of Ist November 2011
• South African Visa processing expenses and communication cost(as currently, there is no Visa fee)
• Hotel accommodation in 3*/4* hotels on twin share, with unlimited American breakfast as per the chosen itinerary
• Indian dinners from the finest restaurants Vegetarian and non vegetarian as per itinerary. If the group becmes 30 members then lunch also included in the same tour cost.
• Transfers, transportation & sightseeing as per the itinerary
• All entrance fees, admissions as above mentioned in the tour
• Service of Experienced, Professional English speaking guide/ Tour Manager, throughout the tour.

Tour Cost does not include:

• Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, visa, overseas mediclaim insurance charges, cruise cost, foreign exchange fluctuation (after Ist November 2011)
• Tip to the Drivers, guides, restaurants etc which will be collected based on the group size.
• Insurance , Optional tours, beverages, mineral water, Telephone calls
• Early check in and late check out ( In South Africa, check in after 2 pm and check out at 11am)
• Tour cost based on minimum 30 persons traveling together in a group and incase due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control if the group size reduces either postpone the dates or club with another group.
• Tip to the drivers, guides, restaurants etc which will be collected based on the group size.
• Any High Season Surcharges /Peak Season Supplements etc.
• Traveling in Advance and/ or returning on your own and any deviation from group ticketing.
• Any increase or decrease in the foreign exchange valuation is applicable at the time of final payment. Flight from and to India, must have minimum of 10 persons to board the flight on the same date, from the same airport, as per group requirement of the airline, if not will have to change the airport or price accordingly.
• Anything which are not specifically mentioned as 'included in the tour cost'.
• Subject to RBI/GOI approval. BTQ passengers only. No refund for the services unutilized.

Note

Rs 25,000  towards registration of the tour, a non refundable deposit Rs 25,000 payable 45 days prior to departure date at the time of documentation for the Visa, and the balance in full and final 40 days prior to departure date.
