Based on twin share, and a minimum group of 30 persons travelling together
Rs. 99999 + AUD 2,400
For those who opt for Single accommodation AUD 1000 extra.
Child age 3-10 years sharing room & bed with Parents pay Rs. 99999 + AUD 1,400

Tour Cost includes

• Economy class airfare with taxes  as of today , on Qantas  or Silkair /Singapore airlines  and Australian, New Zealand visa and Insurance 

• Hotel accommodation on twin share basis with  breakfast in 3* /4*hotels with local Lunches  & Indian dinners as per itinerary. If the group become less than 20 members no lunches provided.

•  All admissions, sight seeings , transfers and trasportation as above. 

• Services of a Tour Manager and local english speaking guide for the sight seeings.

Tour Cost does not include:

• Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, visa, overseas mediclaim insurance charges, cruise cost, foreign exchange fluctuation (after Ist November 2011)
• Tip to the Drivers, guides, restaurants etc which will be collected based on the group size.
• Insurance , Optional tours, beverages, mineral water, Telephone calls
• Early check in and late check out ( In Australia/New Zealand, check in after 2 pm and check out at 11am)
• Tour cost based on minimum 30 persons traveling together in a group and incase due to unforeseen reasons beyond our control if the group size reduces either postpone the dates or club with another group.
• Tip to the drivers, guides, restaurants etc which will be collected based on the group size.
• Any High Season Surcharges /Peak Season Supplements etc.
• Traveling in Advance and/ or returning on your own and any deviation from group ticketing.
• Any increase or decrease in the foreign exchange valuation is applicable at the time of final payment. Flight from and to India, must have minimum of 10 persons to board the flight on the same date, from the same airport, as per group requirement of the airline, if not will have to change the airport or price accordingly.
• Anything which are not specifically mentioned as 'included in the tour cost'.
• Subject to RBI/GOI approval. BTQ passengers only. No refund for the services unutilized.
• Hotel/flights/Itinerary/ Route subject  to change without notice
• For cancellation, documentation, terms & conditions and all other information please refer the printed brochure and Registration form carefully before booking the tour.

 

Note

(Conversion to USD/AUD/INR will be taken on the final date of payment) All fares, tour cost as per cost available on Ist November 2011 and at the prevailing rate of exchange and any differences will have to be settled by the passengers before departure of the tour while collecting the final documents and subject to seats/class confirmation.
