Bookings
Kindly send the registration form duly filled and signed with photocopies of the passports along with Rs 25000 per person (bank draft/at par cheque), a non-refundable interest-free amount. For cheques received booking date is considered only subject to realization of date the amount received.
Documentation & Balance Payment
Your documentation letter will mention the due date for payment of the balance tour cost including the foreign exchange component of the tour. Your travel documents and airline tickets can be released only after receipt of full and final payment including the foreign exchange component of the tour cost. Delay in adhering to the final date advised to you for full payment would result in the cancellation of your seat on the Tour and levy of cancellation charges. Hence the balance payment has to reach us as per the schedule mentioned in your documentation letter or at least 45 days prior to departure of your tour. You will be required to submit along with your application a set of documents as mentioned in the documentation checklist given to you at the time of booking. The company would not be responsible in any way for any clerical error regarding names, attachment of wrong photographs, duration, type of visa(single/ multiple entry) that may occur in the consulate/ embassy. Please note that as it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulates/Authorities to grant/ reject your visa and immigration clearance. We shall neither be responsible for non-granting of visa nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/mission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom. There will no refund of visa fees in respect of visa rejections.
Urgent Visa Fees
All your documents for processing your visas must reach us 90 days prior to your departure date. Failure to do so would attract an urgent visa fees of Rs. 1000 per person. The same is also applicable for all fresh bookings done within 90 days of departure. However, payment of urgent visa fee does not guarantee issuance of visa.
Travel Insurance
It is extremely important for you to be in possession of valid overseas travel insurance for the duration of your tour. Further it is mandatory for you to buy it from an insurance company identified and named by us that will cover risks of medical emergencies, personal accident, loss of baggage, and travel documents etc while on the tour. The cost of travel insurance premium is included in your tour price. You will need to carry the insurance policy document with you on the tour. In cases of errors in the insurance policy or non receipt of the insurance policy along with final travel documents, please immediately contact the company/ agent from where you had booked your tour and get the same corrected/ issued, as the company cannot be held liable for anything happening on the tour due to absence of valid travel insurance cover.
Handover Of Documents
After receipt of your full and final payment, you will be delivered our docket containing Air Ticket, travel insurance (if availed through us), Final invoice (tour confirmation voucher) which lists services you are entitled to on the tour. You will be provided with a briefing sheet containing important/ emergency contact details for your use. Ensure that you are carrying the above documents and your passport with all necessary visa endorsements before leaving on your tour.
Tipping Policy
Tipping in Europe & UK is something that is expected of anyone providing you a services, for example your coach driver, local tour guide, porters, restaurants etc. Since your coach driver driving you safely, unloads and loads your baggage onto the coach it is customary to tip him a nominal amount and therefore on the basis of our group at present Euro 4 per person per day totalling Euro 45 ( Rs.3000 ) for the duration of tour has to be paid for at the beginning of the tour itself..
Travelling In Advance And/Or Returning On your Own
We are a packaged tour company and hold airline seats as a group for passengers for the date of published departures from India and return reservations back to India after the tour. If you wish to travel in advance ie. before the published departure date as mentioned in the brochure or like to come back on date later than the date on which the tour ends, you are required to pay an “Airline Seat Rebooking & Reservation Fee” of Rs.5000/- per person, per sector, per change depending on the airline (subject to availability of seats in the same class & ticket validity). In case non- availability of seats in the same class you have booked, you are liable to pay differential cost in the class you are booked and the cost of higher class where seats are available. Further it will be your responsibility to reconfirm your return tickets at least 72 hours prior to departure time
Transfer From One Tour To Another
Transfer from one tour to another 60 days prior to the departure will be treated as cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking on another. In these cases, transfer fee of Rs. 5000/- per person will apply. Plus any expenses made for the said four will apply.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and must be received on the working days with sufficient time to inform the foreign tour operators & airlines. Telephone & email intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/tickets etc gets cancelled and the amount so far paid any will also be automatically forfeited.
Refunds
Refunds (if any) for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to you . It would take 45 days to process refunds. In cases where an airline ticket is issued, it would take 60 days to process the refund subject to clearance from the airlines concerned. In case of refund of foreign currency component, the refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing rate on the date of refund as per existing rules and regulations. It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if you do not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever.

Jurisdiction:
For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tour marketed / coordinated by GnS Leisure Travels, the court in Ernakulam alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
BTQ passengers only. For operational convenience or due o changes in the system /rules of the airlines used above are changed, alternate airline on a nearest date will be effected, in such case the route and programme above would be changed. However due to factors beyond our control if there a decrease or increase in the cost structure the same will be effected at the final payment.
PLEASE NOTE VERY VERY CAREFULLY
1) Due to time restrictions and laws in Europe, for all Departures from the hotel are approximate, please agree with the Driver. During the tour the passengers are not allowed to drink or eat in the coach, particularly, alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the coach at all. If anyone not abiding by this rule , the Tour Manager has the right to terminate his tour and no refund will be made for the unutilized services. Also any disturbing act of the passengers which disturbs the concentration of the driver who has the responsibility to safe drive the coach is not at all allowed. Kindly enjoy the tour, without disturbing others in the group.
2) If the group is more than 15 minutes late the guides may leave and restaurants refuse to serve. Tour Managers cannot change passengers numbers on the vouchers and cannot change the route and timings of the coach , driver and guide.
3) For all passengers Tour cost printed was based on the date of actual booking/payment made , and on twin share basis. Due to visa rejection or any such untoward mess if a passenger becomes single, he/she will have to either pay the difference of cost and take a single room or if the other co-passengers agree, then only to be adjusted in the twin room as triple passenger. Please note In European countries the International hotels do not have the system of 3rd bed, they have the twin beds, and have to be adjusted accordingly.. ( If Due to oil price fluctuations, severe economic collapse at the various developed countries , often, there has been a steep increase in the Euro rate, beyond ones imagination at the time of confirming the tour price, the Euro if has gone up in the pricing of Indian rupees has to be payable by the clients and similar if there a YQ surcharge ( Fuel surcharge )or any taxes imposed by the government regulatory boards , the same payable extra by the passengers.

Optional tours if ( not paid ) any, lunches, beverages, other expenses of personal nature, laundry, Porterage, insurance, mineral water, telephone charges, are extra to be paid by the passengers before checking out of the hotel at every place..
AIRLINE BAGGAGE REGULATIONS
The baggage allowance to Europe is 20 kg per person as check in baggage & One small bag of 5 kilos in hand baggage as cabin luggage. Airlines do not permit, items like loose batteries, razor blades, knife, nail cutter, scissors, Swiss knife, Liquids, cigarette lighters and box matches, water etc. in your hand baggage, We advice you travel as
light as possible, since porter age is not available and carrying heavy luggage would be inconvenient. Prefer bags with wheels and sturdy handles, as they are more convenient and easy to pull. . Be alert and take care of your luggage at airports, railway stations and while loading and unloading on the coach.
CURRENCY
1 Euro = Rs.65. 1 USD = Rs.48.. Notes- Denominations are 500, 200, 100, 50, 20, 10, 5 . Coins – 2, 1, and 50, 20, 10, 5, 2, 1 cent. Most major credit cards and Euro travellers cheques are accepted widely. In your tour you might have to change currency in U K as Sterling Pound . So it is better to have in Pounds as well as in Euro. In Switzerland , the Swiss Francs is used which is almost equal to usd.
CLIMATE & HEALTH.
Conditions in May are generally good not very cold, In Italy slightly warm. Warm clothing are essential in all the places specially in U K & Switzerland.. Suggested to carry warm clothing like sweaters or coats etc, sunglasses, a folding umbrella, comfortable walking shoes, medicines with doctors prescription, mobile phone charger and multi plug adapter However, since it is European countries the climate may be unpredictable at times, hence please take care of your health.
TIME DIFFERENCE
Approximately 5 hrs to London and 4 hrs to other European countries. ( Behind our Indian time )
YOUR HOTELS & MEALS
Your rooms may have facilities like pay channels, telephones, mini- bar etc. Please note that these facilities have to be paid for based on the actual usage. Please note any damages done to your hotel room during your stay would be charged to you directly by the hotel. ( Including damage to the bed sheets and covers ) The Continental Buffet Breakfast , Vegetarian Non vegetarian Lunches Indian/local and Indian Dinners vegetarian and non vegetarian are included in your tour, Menus are fixed and a la carte service is not possible and not utilizing any service is non-refundable . Smoking in the hotel room is not allowed, and will be charged, unless otherwise asked for smoking rooms.
YOUR COACH
Smoking and drinking alcoholic beverage is not permitted on the coach. NO LOUD ENTERTAINMENT WHICH HARRASS AND DISTURB THE DRIVER AND OTHER CO PASSENGERS IN THE COACH ALLOWED.
In the western countries the coach cannot stop at any and every point unless it is specified in your itinerary above, so the Passengers cannot direct the coach driver or tour manager to take the coach any other route or amend the route otherwise. Passengers will have to regularly implement a seat rotation plan, which provides a number of viewing points and photography for all. While enjoying the tour when the guide is on job please switch off your mobiles and communicating with other co-passengers are to be restricted, as others may not able to hear and inconvenience caused. . During dinner/lunch timings please maintain the timings given for return journey, as the coaches will be leaving on time and no refund will be made for own transfers used by you.
