• Maximum ticket validity - 14days.
• General reservation / date change / noshow policy applies.
• Applicable country taxes & other charges should be collected in addtion   to the above approved fare.
• Holiday surcharges may apply depending on date of booking and  room availabitliy  
• All packages ticketed through srilankan airways, once purchased are strictly non refundable.

Please note that the check in time at the hotels would be 2.00 pm and check out at 11.00 am

Sri Lankan Holidays Head Office has the right to suspend the offer and/ or change the rates without prior notice.

Booking:
Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) alongwith registration. Balance payable 30 days prior to departure date. If tour is booked within 30 of departure, then full payment is payable while booking the tour. Cancellation rules apply for all payments made.

Cancellation: :
For cancellations effected after confirmation of Hotels, air ticket, packaged tour, any refund is subject to the rules and regulations of the concerned airline/hotel/coach companies abroad and 50% to 75% cancellation charges will be levied from balance amount payable and or paid. All cancellations must be received in writing. Telephone & email intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/ticket etc gets cancelled and the amount so far paid any will also be automatically forfeited. If the visa is rejected, any expenses on resubmission of visa have to be met by the passenger.

Jurisdiction:
For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tour marketed / coordinated by GnS
Leisure Travels the court in Ernakulam alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
