Tour Cost

Tour Cost given is based on minimum 30 persons in a group traveling together throughout the tour and ticketed 3 months prior to departure date from India with the group.

For operational convenience or due to changes in the system /rules of the airlines used above are changed, alternate airline on a nearest date will be effected, in such case the route and programme above  would be changed

Booking:

Rs 30, 000 towards registration of the tour, a non refundable deposit

Cancellation:
All cancellations must be in writing and must be received on the working days with sufficient time to inform the foreign tour operators & airlines. Telephone and email intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/tickets etc gets cancelled and the amount so far paid any will also be automatically forfeited.

When a cancellation is made	Charges
90 days or more prior to the departure of the tour or for non payment of the balance amount	Rs 20000
89 to 45 days prior to the departure of the tour	Rs 30000
44 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour	Rs 95000
14 days prior to the departure of the tour or incase you are a “No show” on the tour	100 % of tour cost
For Cruise booking or cruise is a part of the tour-charge prescribed by the Cruise company in addition to our service & communication charge

Passengers whose visas are not granted by US consulate, must indimate us at least within 60 days in advance, if not the cancellation charges will be applicable as per the canacellation rules mentioned above.

Jurisdiction:

For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tour marketed / coordinated by GnS Leisure Travels, the court in Ernakulam alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
