Group Size:

All the tour costs given are based on minimum 30 full paying persons traveling together in a group and twin share basis..

For bookings:

1. Register your tour   for the appropriate price. Kindly send the photocopies of the passports along with Rs.25,000 per person (bank draft /cash/at par cheque) as a non refundable advance. For Cheques received booking date is considered only subject to realization of   the amount  before the date. The ticketing must  be done 45 days  prior to departure date  or based on  the airlines time limit basis whichever is earlier  when pay the complete ticket price

2. Please indicate the tour you would like to Join in the registration form, with your diet, and once finalized, if any changes effected there may be  Cancellation charges applicable

3. The air ticket payment is payable before the time limit of the airlines and balance full payable at the time of going for the visa atleast  30 days prior  to Departure.  However, the Beijing Shanghai train ticket &Shanghai- Macao flight ticket are to be purchased immediately  and is non refundable once purchased. If booked within this period, the respective payment is payable in full . Cancellation rules apply for cancellation of air ticket, train ticket, visa  as  well as land   arrangements. 

Cancellation:
For cancellations effected after confirmation of Hotels, air ticket, train ticket, packaged tour, any refund is subject to the rules and regulations of the concerned airline/hotel/coach companies abroad and 50%  to 75% cancellation charges will be levied of  balance amount payable and/ or paid.  All cancellations must be in writing and must be received on the working days with sufficient time to inform the foreign tour operators & airlines. Telephone and email intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/tickets etc gets cancelled and the amount so far paid any will also be automatically forfeited.

When a cancellation is made	Charges
90 days or more prior to the departure of the tour or for non payment of the balance amount	Rs 20000
89 to 45 days prior to the departure of the tour	Rs 30000
44 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour	75% of the tour cost
14 days prior to the departure of the tour or incase you are a “No show” on the tour	100 % of tour cost
For Cruise booking or cruise is a part of the tour-charge prescribed by the Cruise company in addition to our service & communication charge

Jurisdiction:

For all claims, disputes of whatsoever nature relating to the tour marketed / coordinated by GnS Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd., the court in Ernakulam alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction
