Terms & Conditions Booking Terms & Conditions :
Kindly sign the registration form duly filled along with 50% of tour cost per person (cash/ bank draft/at par cheque), a non-refundable interest-free amount for booking of the tour. For cheques received, booking date is considered only subject to realization of date the amount received.
Balance amount to be paid before 14 days of commencement of the journey. Cancellation rules apply for all payments made.
Cancellation Policy :
All cancellations must be in writing and must be received on the working days with sufficient time to inform the local suppliers, hotels and transport operators. Telephone & email intimation will not be considered for cancellations. If the payments are not made as per the required date given to you, not only the hotel/ticket etc. gets cancelled and the amount so far paid any will also be automatically forfeited. Every booking made on GnS Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd. is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airlines, hotels and transport operators.
As per the Airline policy, some fares are non refundable.
Period of cancellation :-
30 days prior to departure - 25% of the tour cost.
15 days prior to departure - 50%
14 to 5 days prior to departure - 75%
Within 5 days prior to departure - 100 %
